Limited hotel rooms at special rates for MT Summit 2023 delegates have been reserved at the conference's official hotel-Studio City. As September is a peak season in Macao and hotel rooms will be filled in very quickly, we highly recommend you plan ahead and make reservations as early as possible.

3. Cancellation Policy:
1) Any cancellations received before 30 July 2023 (GMT+8, Macao local time) will result in a one-night cancellation fee.
2) There will be no refund or cancellation allowed after 30 July 2023 (GMT+8, Macao local time).
3) Refund is not allowed if no show-up.
4) Refund will only be processed within 4 weeks after the conference.
