Special Notice: The conference committee of MT Summit 2023 decided not to check the student ID and AAMT/EAMT/AMTA membership status, we will instead to show registration categories on the badge. We might confirm your identity to the organization you declared as the needs arises. We look forward to seeing you in Macao during the conference.

We created a new option, "Student-Listener," ($50) for students who have no presentation but are interested in MTSummit. Please do not miss this opportunity to learn the latest trends in machine translation. We created this category with the generous support of The Rozetta Corporation.

For authors:

Conference Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

• Discount rate is only applicable to EAMT/AAMT/AMTA/FIT members and full-time students.
• Admission to all main conference sessions, workshop sessions and the exhibition
• Conference materials
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches throughout the conference 
• Admission to the Welcome Reception
• Admission to the Conference Banquet

Workshop Only Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all workshop sessions
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches 
• Conference materials 

Virtual Registration Fees

The registration fee includes: 

• Admission to all main conference virtual sessions
• Workshop virtual sessions
• The student-listener option is sponsored by Rozetta. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 10 August 2023 (AoE) by e-mail to mtsummit2023@iccmacao.com. There will be an administrative fee of HKD 600 deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference.

There’s no cancellation and refund are allowed after 10 August 2023 (AoE).

Registration is not transferable and cannot be transferred to others.
