Poster Size

The poster should be 841mm x 594mm (A1 Size) or 841 mm*1189 mm  (A0 Size), either landscape or portrait format is fine.  This is the size of the usable surface of the display panels. Do NOT exceed the size of the display panel.

All the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.
Poster Guidelines

Format:

·     1) Format of the poster either landscape or portrait format is fine.

·     2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.
 3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
 4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1.5 – 2 meters (4 – 6 feet).

·     5)  Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

Please send your poster printing file to mtsummit2023@iccmacao.com, with the subject line of "MT Summit Poster Printing file" no later than 23:59 Aug 25, 2023 (Macao Local Time).
Poster Pick-up
Posters will be distributed to Studio City. And it can be picked up at the registration desk during the conference on September 4 to 6, 2023 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
